Satisfaction guarantee / Cooling off period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Realoutdoorfood.Shop . However, it is possible that you have made a mistake with your purchase or that you are not satisfied with the way the order has been processed. You can then return the product to us within 14 days. The product must be complete and in proper packaging. Products that are damaged are not eligible for a refund. The costs and the risk of the return are for the account of the customer. The cooling-off period of 14 days only applies to consumers.

Some products are not eligible for our satisfaction guarantee:

1. Make sure to enclose your (copy) invoice with the shipment.
2. Make sure you include a thorough complaint description.
3. Make sure the product is returned completely.
4. Ensure proper packaging.
5. Provide an e-mail and/or telephone number where you can be reached.
6. Make sure you send your package with sufficient postage.

Costs for returns

The costs for returning a product are for the account of the customer, unless it concerns a product incorrectly delivered by us.

Note: All returns must be sent prepaid. In case of an incorrectly delivered product, will refund the shipping costs to you. Packages that are not stamped are always refused by us.

Conditions for return or exchange

The following guidelines apply to all returns:

• The product must be provided with a (clear) problem description
• The product must be provided with a copy of the purchase invoice
• The product must be properly packaged


When you return an item purchased online, we undertake to refund you the purchase amount as soon as possible. This will never be later than 14 days from the day on which we have received the returned item(s) and verified that they comply with our return policy.
