The pasta and the rich tomato sauce (contains gluten, soy) form the main meal, accompanied by sweets, a protein bar (contains gluten, lactose, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy), dried fruit (contains sulphite), an energy drink, spicy sauce, coffee and chewing gum. To complete it, a spoon, a disinfectant wipe and a ziplock bag are also included.
